Shipping policy

DRVN Nutrition ships within South Africa only, using trusted local couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page at checkout.

Pre-Orders
Some products, including our Creatine Gummies, may currently be available on pre-order. If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship by the date stated on the product page at the time of purchase. We'll notify you by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary for regional or outlying areas.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@drvnnutrition.co.za and we'll investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. DRVN Nutrition is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
