What exactly is in DRVN Creatine Gummies?
Each serving delivers 2.5 g of CreHytine™ hydrogel-buffered creatine monohydrate, pineapple flavoured, with no artificial colours. One pack contains 30 servings — a full month at two gummies per day.
Why 2.5 g and not 5 g?
Most creatine research uses 3–5 g per day for maintenance. At two gummies daily you are taking 2.5 g, which sits at the lower end of the maintenance range and suits most people once muscle stores are saturated. If you train heavily or are a larger athlete, you may prefer to take four gummies daily for the first few weeks. Speak to a healthcare professional if you are unsure what is right for you.
Do I need to "load" creatine?
No. Loading protocols saturate muscle stores faster, but consistent daily intake reaches the same saturation point in roughly two to four weeks. Skipping the loading phase avoids the stomach discomfort some people get from high doses.
When should I take them?
Whenever you will actually remember. Before or after training both work, and you should take them on rest days too — creatine works through saturation, not timing.
Are they third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is HPLC lab tested for creatine content by a third-party laboratory and the ingredient is Informed Ingredient certified. Manufactured in South Africa.
Is creatine safe?
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements in sports nutrition, with a large body of research supporting its safety in healthy adults at normal doses. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or taking chronic medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Will creatine make me gain weight?
Creatine draws water into muscle cells, so some people see a small increase on the scale in the first couple of weeks. This is intramuscular water, not fat.

How should I store them?
Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, sealed. South African summers are warm — avoid leaving them in a car or gym bag for long periods, as gummies can soften.
Ordering and delivery
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard tracked door-to-door courier is R99 and takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express is R149 and takes 1–3 business days. Orders over R1 000 ship free on the standard service. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you will get a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
Email info@drvnnutrition.co.za with your order number and we will chase it with the courier and keep you updated.
I entered the wrong delivery address.
Email us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched we can correct it. Once it is with the courier we cannot guarantee a change, and we are not able to cover losses caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Returns and payment
What is your returns policy?
A 30-day money-back guarantee — including on opened packs that are at least half full. Email info@drvnnutrition.co.za with your order number and we will send return instructions within 2 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged.
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payment options available to you are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Checkout is secured by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
Do you have a discount for buying multiple packs?
Yes. Buy 3 or more packs and 10% comes off automatically at checkout — no code needed. At three packs your order also qualifies for free delivery.
